The hottest place I have ever been. I never knew it could get so hot. The people were very nice to us. I had nothing but good experiences. I remember once we came upon a trucker stranded in the desert. His vehicle bottomed out on the soft sand. We gave him some water and as best we could tried to tell him we'd get help. We returned some hours later. Unable to find a larger vehicle. Some digging and in time we were able to pull him out with our Humvee. I was surprised because he had a large truck. He was so happy.
