In background, you'll notice a sign of the cantonal elections campaign that occured a few days ago. Hun Sen, the actual prime minister who can be considered as a dictator, faced two others opponents. Of course, Hun Sen's party won those election...During those days, the atmosphere was a bit sensitive : Every village is organized like a clan and governed by a local chief, sometimes for more than 20 years, belonging to the actual governing party. If some of those chiefs lost their status because of the elections, they would certainly have not left power so easily so I had to be particulary careful during the few days before and after the results.
