Thousands mines are still hidden trough the whole country. Those cruel weapons were disposed by Khmer Rouge to stop the Vietnamese attacks, and then by the Vietnamese army. Also, some countrymen, in order to protect their field, don t hesitate to burry some mines and often forget where they placed it.
