The progressive and modern Tehran of today is an reflection of Iranian resourcefullness - An asset which has been used to resist the many painful events that has afflicted Iran throughout its long history. The images of this collection may not show the whole picture since I have chosen to show only the best side of Tehran. Tehran, and Iran as a whole today, is faced with many problems - Social, economical, environmental and political - A lot of it being consequences of the long and devastating Iran-Iraq war, U.S. imposed sanctions, international isolation as well as mismanagement. My aim with putting together this collection is that these pictures shall provide hope and inspiration, as well as motivation to resolve all of these problems. Let these images of Tehran serve as a reminder of this resourcefulness and as a source to provide passion, vision and hope for a bright, prosperous and progressive future for Tehran and every corner of Iran.
