Park-e Mellat (aka Park-e Shahanshahi) Cinema Complex and Cultural Center is Iran's biggest cinema complex and it was recently inaugurated. Although it's not entirely completed. It has become somewhat of a habit in Iran recently to inaugurate unfinished projects.
