Worldisround Help  -  Browsing Travel Articles

You can begin browsing the Worldisround travel articles at any time by clicking the Explore icon at the top of the page. In the Explore section you can browse through all of the travel articles by zooming in on various Locations (such as Canada or Central Park in New York City) and Activities (e.g. Monuments & Memorials, or Skiing-downhill).

The Explore section is organized differently than sites like Yahoo!. A Paris article doesn't only appear under 'Paris'. It also appears under 'Īle-De France', 'France', 'Western Europe', and 'Earth'. So when you are picking a location for your own travel article, pick the most specific location.

Recently published travel articles appear on the Worldisround homepage in the 'New Travel Articles' section. Usually an article is on the homepage for less than a day as newer articles are published. Travel articles only appear on the homepage when they are first published. If you go back to add new photos later on, or if you convert a personal article into a travel article, the article will not appear on the homepage.

You can also search for travel articles, personal articles, and authors (users) from any Explore page.

Note that personal articles cannot be found in the Explore section. (Finding personal articles)

Anyone can add comments to most articles, though authors can disable this feature on their articles.
