Many Worldisround articles can be commented on. The author chooses who gets to comment on their article: Premium users only, any registered Worldisround users, anyone, or no one.

Authors can delete comments from their own articles, and they may change their comment options at any time. If you are receiving annoying comments we recommend only allowing registered Worldisround users to comment on your articles. (The author must be logged in to delete comments or make changes to their articles.)

Authors also have a user account option to have all comments sent to them by e-mail. There is a 24-hour delay before this e-mail is sent.

If the author allows anyone to comment on an article, the visitor leaving a comment does not need to be logged in to add a comment. I.e. the comment is anonymous.

When a comment is made by a logged-in user, they may go back at any time to edit or delete their comment. But if the comment is made by an anonymous visitor, that visitor cannot edit or delete the comment. (The article author can still delete the comment.)

There is a User Comments page where you can view, edit, and delete all comments that you have made on Worldisround, as well as view all the comments that other users have made on your articles.
