request to them. If they do not respond to us either we will remove the content in
question and follow DMCA procedures for handling copyright disputes.
Model Releases
When publishing an identifiable photo of a person the photographer needs
the permission of that person. A model release is a legal document which
grants this permission. From time to time photos may be posted to Worldisround and
the subjects of those photos can request that they may be removed. In the absence of
a model release we judge these disputes on a case-by-case basis.
