| I am an early retiree from Canada who has always loved to travel, especially to countries where the culture is different. I discovered Penang Malaysia several years ago & have spent at least 2 months there the past 7 winters & plan to return next winter. I toured Vietnam from there winter 2006, northern Thailand winter 2005, Delhi/Agra/Rajastan India winter 2007, & southern India last winter (2008). I hope to visit Cambodia/Laos next winter ;o) As you can see from my journals, I love architecture, especially places of worship & heritage buildings & homes, ghost towns, & have always loved the desert cultures ;o) My current camera is a Nikon Coolpix 5600 & almost all of my pix are taken on 'automatic' at PC resolution.
